Weʼre raising £7,000 to keep hope for Janusz.

Story

Janusz, is 35 years old, is a loving father to a beautiful daughter Milenka aged 2 and a half who he raises together with Ania. One day following a headache they received the heart-breaking news that it is a malignant tumor of the brain (glioblastoma grade IV) with a prognosis of 12 months - up to 5 years.

Last year we raised money for an alternative method of treatment, which gives surprisingly good results giving them hope for a full recovery.

For those who have already given generously once before we would like to apologize to all of you for a long break without saying anything. Janusz had been going from strength to strength and everything pointed to us being able to deliver the news that he's was in good health and made a full recovery.

Then at the end of November everything changed! After what now seems as a very short joy, following a successful full tumour removal, starting treatment with oil as as well as standard medical treatments. Janusz recieved a few MRI scans with the all clear result. Janusz began to feel unwell again resulting in a trip to the hospital. Following a further MRI scan a new bigger inoperable tumour was found in Janusz's brain.The tumor is aggressive and has shortened his prognosis down to a few days to maybe several months.

The doctors have said they can do no more. Janusz went home and his condition worsened, he was weak, spoke very little and he did not recognize his family.

Someone contacted Ania and Janusz about a healer of unconventional medicine called John of God from Brazil. (There is a film on YouTube about his clinic and the therapy.) The family in desperation of the new short prognosis made contact with Jon of God. After a few days, Janusz started to feel better "He came back to us" are the words of Ania. His well-being has improved greatly, he now recognises and speaks to people again.

After a long consultation, a decision was made to travel to Brazil to further treatment and provide hope for Janusz and his family. Departure is scheduled for the second half of January. The therapy is to last for 3 weeks. The therapy itself is free of charge, the money raised will go towards buying tickets and accommodation for their 3 week stay in Brazil.

Firstly we know this is not conventional and you may not be a believer of this treatment. We would also like to thank you for any previous support given.

We ask now that even though you may not be a believer of God, but to be a believer in providing hope for Janusz, Ania and their little girl.

We wholeheartedly ask each of you for money support once again to help keep the hope alive for Janusz and his family.
