    Story

Thank you for visiting Jared's page.

So this is Jared, our crazy, loud, whirlwind, typical 9 year old son. But amongst all that craziness lies one of the warmest hearts we've ever known.
It is from that warm heart that Jared, one cold winters night discussed with us how concerned he was for the homeless and where they can go and if anyone could help. Upon learning about the concept of charity Jared announced that he would like to raise money for the homeless.
Jared loves the outdoors so a walk seemed like the obvious choice. Jared - "Up a mountain!"
He doesn't do things by halves!
So now we have it, Jared accompanied by two supportive, proud parents and dragging his reluctant teenage sister, will be climbing Mount Snowdon (and down again) on the 4th of April 2018.
The money raised by Jared will be split between the charity Shelter England and a local All Night Cafe that provides food and overnight shelter for the homeless.
Approximately 9 miles, 6 hours of climbing/walking. 1085m above sea level. Tough going for little legs!
So please help us to support Jared raise some funds for a great cause to help both those effected locally and throughout the UK.
