Hi Everyone!

My name is Jason Bradley, I am a father of two, I am 28 years old and I live in Essex.

I currently run SPUR Scaffold Solutions limited which I started around 3 years ago. I am extremely passionate about raising some funds to be able to get men and women of all ages who have had a really tough time throughout their lives, some training, qualifications and Ultimately a permanent job!

I've known a lot of people that are stuck in a vicious cycle. They haven't got the qualifications or experience to progress in their lives, they ultimately turn to crime for more money which usually ends up with them going to prison or worse.

I understand some people won't help themselves, but there are a lot of people who want the chance to progress and improve their lives but haven't the resources to do so! I want to be able to provide these people with the opportunity to train, work and also earn a decent wage so they do not feel the need to turn to crime for the extra cash!

My business is relatively new and still growing and if I could I would fund this project myself. I can't and so this is why i have decided to try crowdfunding. I can then do my best to give people the opportunity to improve their lives!

Including myself, there are many of my clients and contacts in this industry that are always looking for new recruits!
