Please Help Junaid Fight Cancer

Junaid is a 20 years young man who is fighting cancer in Pakistan.

He was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) which is a type of Blood Cancer.

His diagnosis was made in August 2014 and he was treated at Aga Khan Hospital in Karachi with COG Protocol and +ve marrow D+28. He went in Complete Remission with extended induction and consolidation treatment and then completed IT+POMP maintenance chemotherapy.

Unfortunately, he has developed a relapse 1 month ago and is critically unwell. He is admitted in Room # A3-04, Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad. He requires expansive chemotherapy (Blinatumomab) and bone marrow transplant. The doctors in Pakistan have advised him to go abroad as Blinatumomab is not available in Pakistan. His case has been accepted at Hebei Yanda Ludaopei Hospital, China.

He has two younger brothers, both of them are his match and will donate their bone marrow to save his life.

The cost of this urgent treatment is USD 200,000 of which his parents have gathered nearly USD 100,000 by selling assets and through loans. They need further USD 100,000 in order to fund the treatment. The family will travel to China in 2nd or 3rd week of March 2018. This treatment takes around 6 months depending on complications.

This family is fighting cancer, and they will win!
