I promised myself two things at the beginning this year; that I would continue to raise money for worthy charities close to my heart, and to also push myself outside of my comfort zone.

So here I am again, with my hands out asking for donations/sponsor's for my next charity event
STRIDES FOR STROKES-
CLIMBING BEN NEVIS.

One of my best friends fathers recently suffered a stroke, albeit a slight one, it still impaired his mobility, knocked him, family and close friends for 6 and made us realise the hard work and determination that comes from the staff in YYF Stroke unit as well as their patients. A couple of well known men from my village have unfortunately suffered from strokes and have received help, understanding, rehabilitation and physiotherapy from the unit.
So your kind donations will go a long way to helping buy necessary rehabilitation equipment.

So, here comes the comfort zone bit.
I dont like heights or descending mountains.......slight problem 🤣
