Through The Kindred Project, the NGO inside Sotogrande International School, we have supported Nabugabo Community Learning Centre (NCLC) in Uganda since before it´s doors opened in 2012!

Following on from visiting NCLC and the community of Nabugabo last year, Jamie and I have decided to run our first half marathon in Seville to support this amazing project, which is extremely close to our hearts.

NCLC has over 112 students all from the local community, some walking 8km everyday just to get to school! It provides a step up to the local children and offers access to education, which in Uganda is not free. The support given to NCLC through your donations will enable the project to continue to develop, offering free education and changing the lives of many more wonderful children in the local community of Nabugabo, Uganda.

Running the half marathon will be a big challenge, as we have never ran one before together. Knowing the money we raise will go towards NCLC will keep us going for all 13.1 miles!
