From 16th December, me and Ads will be driving a van load (hopefully) of donations to Calais, France to help and support refugees who need our help, we will be there for just over a week.

Yes, the 'jungle' camp has closed down. However, this means that there are now hundreds and thousands of people who now do not have a temporary base, or a bed to sleep on. Kids are sleeping rough, people are desperate for food and many families have been separated so that shelters across the country can accommodate who they can. After the journey most of them have had to get to where they are, we feel like we should help- it really could be us one day considering everything that is happening in the world at the moment.

Adam and I, would very much appreciate any contributions of any size you can give to our pot, so that we can buy/take warm clothing, shoes, sleeping bags and perhaps even a Christmas present or two.

A lot of the people we would like to help, were a lot like us before their life was torn apart and we just can't imagine what they are going through.

Our typical 1st world life (aka our mortgage and jobs) will limit the time we can spend and what we are able to achieve, but hopefully with you're help, we can be as useful as possible and all make a small difference this Christmas!
