On Sunday 5th August 2018, I will attempt, with others, a 9 mile walk round Great Cumbrae. Not a huge challenge for some but I am overweight, unfit and have had four operations on my right leg since breaking my tib and fib and busting my ankle in 2008. If I can get 50 people to donate £9 each, that's a mere pound a mile, I will raise £450, although I would hope some will donate more. Remember if you are a taxpayer to tick the appropriate box to add Gift Aid to your donation. Lets do something wonderful for the men and women who served our country. Thanks, Jim
