Story
On the 23rd October 2017 my one year old grandaughter is to have an operation for hip dysplasia. This is a four hour operation which involves resetting the bone into the hip socket then put in a cast for 12 weeks. I am doing a sponsored walk from my home in Dundee and finishing in Arbroath (19 miles) on the 11 November 2017.The money raised will go to help buy books and equipment for not only children with similar conditions but for all who have to spend time in the childrens ward at ninewells hospital..

7 years agoWell that's the walk over and the pain is easing!!!!Thanks very much for all your donations.We are overwhelmed by the total collected (standing at £650 at the moment) and with more still to come.
