Urgently seeking £10,000 to support hospitals in Hubei dealing with the coronavirus epidemic

We are a group of graduates and undergraduates from universities in UK. We have formed a volunteer action group to raise funds to help the battle against the coronavirus in Wuhan and the rest of Hubei province.

Our volunteer team comes from various universities in the UK, including the Edinburgh Napier University, Heriot-Watt University, University of Aberdeen, Warwick University, University of Edinburgh, University of Glasgow, University of the West of Scotland, and University of Strathclyde

We are calling for donations for emergency aid.

Since 23rd Jan 2020, we have conducted significant research, communicating directly with frontline medical stuff to determine how best we can help. Having done so we are raising funds to purchase medical equipment to help the medical staff battling the virus. In particular, they need supplies of –


Protective medical goggles ( 1st purchase: 360 pieces)

Having raised the funds we are ready to purchase the items and dispatch them directly to hospital for use by front line doctors, nurses and other medical staff fighting the spread of the coronavirus.

All the donations will be used to purchase medical supplies which will be shipped to hospitals in Hubei and elsewhere needed. We will provide updates on this site about how the funds are being used.

我们是英国的毕业生和在读留学生，在确认了疫情后，我们成立了志愿者紧急行动小组，来帮助抗击发生自湖北武汉的新型冠状病毒。我们的志愿队伍来自英国的各个高校，包括爱丁堡龙比亚大学、赫瑞瓦特大学、阿伯丁大学、华威大学、爱丁堡大学、格拉斯哥大学、西苏格兰大学和斯克莱德大学。我们吁为紧急援助捐款！

自2020年1月23日以来，志愿小组开展了多次调查研究，并了解了前线医疗用品的使用情况，用以确定我们如何能够真正帮助战斗前线的白衣战士。经过多方面工作，我们决定为购买紧急的医疗卫生用品筹款，将这些医疗物资送给所需要的前线医务人员。

本次采购物资包括如下：

我们直接对接医院接收物资联系人，物流直接发货到指定医院。所有善款物资均会用于湖北以及其他需要援助的医院，我们也会在页面上持续更新善款使用的信息！
