Story
So i am running the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run 10k for Mental Health UK on the 1st of October. As most of you may know i am not a runner ! but i am doing this as i believe its a great cause. I will be doing this with some of my colleagues so it will also be a great experience. I would be very grateful if you could please donate and support me while i complete this run.
