In summer 2018 I will be undertaking a trip to Bali, Indonesia for a 4 Week Mental Health Placement. The time will be split between a variety of projects that are challenging and rewarding. I will be running sessions in one of Indonesia's inpatient psychiatric facilities as well as teaching English and working with people with specific needs. There are also weekly workshops, which focus on alternative treatments for individuals with mental health issues. I will also be teaching English to students in schools! For my trip, I have to fund the fees for accommodation, living costs and flights, as well as Visas, insurance and vaccination!
