I have set this page up to help show support to a loving and devoted family that has had their world turned up side down

on the 15th of july the youngest daughter of the cardwell-brewin family aged 21 months was in a car accident which resulted in her being airlifted to bristol children’s hospital after she sustained a serious neck injury, she is still receiving treatment and has a halo traction device fitted but is doing really well.

Due to other family commitments they are now in a situation where they are having to travel about 260 miles round trip every couple of day to allow each of them to spend time with the little one, also having the need for a lot of specialist equipment to allow her home visits

I have had permission from the family to have this page set up as they feel embarrassed to ask for help.

Below is an image of the type of bed needed which would have to be custom made. Estimated cost £400, it’ll be a cot style bed with 3 fixed sides and the front will possibly be in a gate style that would fully open for ease of putting into bed then when closed will have latches on the outside to be able to keep them closed.
