Story
As many of you know, Grenfell Tower has been burnt in a horrifying inferno last night and has left people in desperate need of some money to help get their lives back together. The building has hundreds of residents and their lives have been changed forever, leaving them homeless and perhaps even lost loved ones. Anything you can donate will help. We will try to distribute the money to people who's homes have been destroyed in hope to give them a chance to start their lives anew even if this tragedy is one they may never let go of.
Grenfell is more than just a tower block, it is a community of people who have been hit by a cruel tragedy. This is a way to extend a helping hand and support those in need especially those who have lost family members to this horrible event.
Though I am not someone who lives in area I have close ties with the community and I know many who have been reported as missing. My aim with this fund is to help those specific people who have lost family members to this tragedy. After more time passes, we will know more about the exact numbers and will know who needs this helping hand the most. I also plan to give any money raised to charities that will be set up to help with aid, care and providing necessities. We are not just trying to see to the immediate needs of these people but also thinking of the long-term consequences of last night and how we might be able to alleviate the stress and pain that these families, these victims face.
