As most of you are aware last year I was in a very bad Motorbike accident. while my recovery is going well, it is some what down to the help I have received from the Personnel Recovery Unit (PRU) in Edinburgh,

This is an Army unit but all the recovery trips and courses I have done in the past 7 Months are only partly paid for by the Army the rest is paid from by charity's and fundraising they do.

They have given me a great opportunity to Cycle the United States Marine Corp (USMC) Marathon in Washington D.C on a recumbent bike in Oct with the Allied Forces Foundation AFF

This will not only be a great achievement for me when I complete this but also help me get back to training and give me a goal to strive to and complete.

So I am raising money for the PRU in Edinburgh and the AFF to say thank you for the help they have already given me and carry on giving me in my recovery getting my self back to fitness.
