We have decided to raise for the Royal Stoke University Hospital Major Trauma Unit. We have no specific fundraising target but if any of you can spare a few quid, it will be going to a great place.

The support and care they gave our good friend Mike 'Aza' Asuman was second to none and we would like to make a donation to them so they can continue to provide the same care to other visitors to the ward.

Everyone who knows Aza will know the incredible year he has had since his accident. Aza has put on a smile, and stayed unbelievably positive throughout an unbelievably difficult time for him and his whole family, now he has come out the other side and should be an inspiration to so many.

What are we doing for your money? Myself, Alec Higginson, John McNaughton & Graeme 'what dya meeeeeean' Severn are running a 10 mile Tough Mudder course, along with chief cheerleader Mickey B at Belvoir Castle, Nottinghamshire on 12th May. Trust me, every penny will be seriously earned!
