I have been really lucky to be selected to go on a School Outlook Expedition to Borneo, and now I have the massive task of fundraising. I will be organising events throughout 2018 like a Bingo Night, a video games tournament, a Race night, an Aqua Zumbathon, and taking on some challenges like the Gung-Ho! Inflatable 5K Obstacle Course, and a sponsored silence. It's going to be a busy time, and I will need a lot of help to reach my target. Any donations you can spare is really appreciated.

Here is a little bit about the trip:

Arriving in the coastal town of Kota Kinabalu, I will learn about jungle survival techniques before embarking on a cultural trekking tour with the Dusan people. I will then travel up to Kudat to work on an environmental community project. The work will include picking litter up from the beaches, swimming with sharks and other fish to prevent plastic harming sea life. During my trip I get to do a few fun activities like white water rafting and seeing the orangutans. My trip finishes with a few days on the paradise white sandy beaches of the TAR islands to chill out before heading home.

It's going to be an awesome adventure and will really help to give me some confidence and life skills before I leave school and head to university.
