Both of us fervently believe, together with Eagles, that every community has the power to transform its present and define its own future. Eagles work with people of all faiths, through local churches and communities, equipping them with the tools and the confidence that they need. They help them to identify their greatest problems, mobilise their own resources and to engage with the local government to solve them. In one of the poorest countries in the world, Eagles brings lasting change to the vulnerable. Their approach treats every community member with dignity, giving them the confidence that they can bring lasting change in their own lives.
