This year we found out that Dad is in stage 4 liver failure & will need a complete liver transplant.
This transplant would offer Dad a second chance at life. But is a huge operation & comes with big risks.
Dad has already stopped drinking any alcohol and is taking steps to make his self healthy enough for the big operation that awaits him.
Previously I walked 10k+ steps every day for a month to raise money for the hospice who cared for my Biological Father.
For the next 12 months from now 05/06/2018 till 05/06/2019 I will refrain from Drinking any alcohol, to support my second Dad with his lifestyle change.
The inescapable fact is booze causes a lot of health issues plus foul moods, crazy sugar cravings, poor sleep, unpleasant toilet habits and poor concentration. The good news is our bodies LOVE being booze-free and respond really quickly. The lift in mood and depression is one to the key reasons people continue to stay booze free, because the natural high feels so damn good!

After already loosing one parent I can't deal with loosing another
