Cycling is fun! People with special needs enjoy cycling as much as everyone else, but very often they need assistance to participate in this activity. A small team is fundraising to purchase 2 new motorised tandem bikes, one of which will be suitable for a wheelchair, for use in and around Dumfries. These bikes will be available for use by people with a range of disabilities, supported by family, friends and carers.
The target amount to be raised is £15K.
