Some sad news here and this is against Dale's will as we advised it as a team to try and help Dale's critical situation, With the admin team being close we know exactly what Dale goes through with complex Mental Health illness, and sadly since he moved recently, his support has gone downhill rapidly, He has been messed around with different support workers, and told to "snap out" of it, and basically if he is going to kill himself he will, a few weeks ago sadly Dale hit rock bottom, and detached himself from his Fiance and his 2 young children, his partner noticed a major change, and he wasn't recognizable to who he usually is, he infact left a suicide note, which was found fairly quickly and was advised to go to a mental health hospital, Dale was made to feel unwelcome and got zero support, to the point where he had to beg for discharge, in which they did, but really they shouldn't of given his state of mind, without going into too many personal details Dale has spent around 50% of his last 4 years in Acute Psychiatric Wards, and has been detained on several occasions for his own safety, and only God knows how he is still alive as he has been in situations in which usually make a permanent outcome, ultimately death, but in the past he was only discharged when the senior medical team thought he was safe to do so, Dale and his family live in rented private accommodation and their is a long way to go on his tenancy, we want to help Dale get out of this helpless situation and get him into a better Mental Health Service sooner rather than later, As we are all very concerned about his welfare and state of mind, complaints have gone in but the feedback so far is that they are under-resourced and can not give him the level of support he requires.financial or emotional, he is forever putting other people in front of himself, and has never asked or wanted for anything, Well its about time we show our appreciation and help Dale before its too late, this is how serious it is, we have only a couple of weeks to do this, and get him the Professional help he so desperately needs, this isn't about paying bills this is about getting him the urgent and best service possible for him, the target we have made achievable and Dale and his family are putting in every penny possible into this..
