Janusz, is 35 years old, is a loving father to a beautiful daughter Milenka aged 1 and a half who he raises together with Anna creating a happy family. Each day brought them joy, they had dreams and goals and were living a happy successful life until one day a severe headache sent Janusz to the hospital. After completing specialised investigation they received the heartbreaking news that it is a malignant tumour of the brain (glioblastoma grade IV). Following the surgery Janusz was given the life prognosis of 12 months - up to 5 years.

Janusz has received surgery in Leeds, England where the tumour was excised and he is due to start radio and chemo therapy for 6 week.
Unfortunately, these treatments prolong life for 1-5 years, but do not ensure complete cure.

Realising a partner and fathers worst nightmare, the news you won't live to see your family grow. Missing out on key points in his daughters life with his partner Anna, her first boyfriend, her wedding and the birth of their grandchildren. Gave Janusz and his family the fight to not accept this fate and do all they can to realise the dream of growing old together.

Janusz and his family have found an alternative method of treatment, which gives surprisingly good results thus giving them hope for a full recovery. They hope that this treatment will be the light at the end of the tunnel for them.

We need your help to help Janusz and his family with financial support. This therapy is expensive, we managed to collect funds for the first three months of treatment. But for the treatment to be successful the medication is to be taken for 3 years.
