❤️🚶March 100 Mile Walking Challenge for Coleraine Coronary Care and Chest, Heart and Stroke Northern Ireland. 🚶‍♀️❤️

Hi everyone, in the month of March I am planning to walk 100 miles with family and friends (socially distanced of course) to raise as much money as possible for these amazing charities.

I would love to see many people joining in with walks of their own throughout this month. If anyone was to join in, it would be great to see some pictures from your walks around your local area. In these pictures I would encourage people to make a heart symbol in any way possible (for example: with your hands, in the sand or with rocks).

I have chosen these charities because:

In 2020, my dad suffered a heart attack leaving him needing major heart surgery and spending 28 days in hospital.The care he received during this time was second to none.This is the reason I have chosen these charities. The work they do every day is incredible and I would love to be able to give something back to them.
