This is a story about a little cat called Era who was found in Kassiopi as a very poorly little kitten -she was all alone having been abondoned by her mum with a very badly damaged leg.She has chewed her own foot off in order to survive and was one of the lucky ones who was found and taken to the vet who amputated her leg. Era was then looked after,neutered and cared for.

Era now lives with me in the UK and is a remarkable little cat who has a zest for life that we all should aspire too.

Since the arrival of Era in my life I have beem helping the cats of Corfu and this brings me today-with the help of Rosanne and Kassiopi Cat Meow have managed to get 10 cats neutered since March this year but cannot continue to do so with more funds.

This is being set up to stop little kittens like Era being born to mums who are just kittens themselves

Kassiopi needs help with funding to continue the neutering which is ongoingThere are many new mums in Kassiopi and lots of kittens and we need to continue to neuter males and females in the village.

They all deserve a chance of a better life and this is the best way to help these brave little cats.
