Karen has been selected to represent England at the 2018 European Taekwon-do Championships in Estonia and needs some help to raise the funds to get her there.

She has trained for 22 years and is passionate about Taekwon-do, this willl be the fourth consecutive year that she has been selected for individual and team events in the veteran category. She trains at Morley and Huddersfield UKTA and has achieved success at previous European and World Championships winning 9 Gold, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze medals.

She has been able to self-fund previous competitions, however, as a mature student in her final year studying for a BSc. (Hons) degree in Sport Science, and trying to hold down a part time job she needs help with funds for flights, accomodation and new sparring equipment.
