Rupert and myself George are running 5K to raise money for our cousins ; Max 8 & Hugo 3, our cousins, have Cerebral Palsy, global developmental delay, visual impairment & complex sensory problems, which mean they find the things we do everyday really hard, because the signal from there brains don't work very well. Things that are very hard for them are walking, talking & feeding themselves.

Max has had to have a series of operations to help the movement in his hips because he is not walking. Max's Cerebral Palsy makes his legs very tight and his core floppy, he has worked very hard with his physiotherapy & can now sit up unaided.
Max can say a few words & would say 'ello' if he saw you.

Hugo has spent a lot of time in hospital recently to, as he has got epilepsy & has seizure. This happens when the brain sends to many messages to the rest of the body, making involuntary movments, this makes Hugo very exhausted.
Hugo Cerebral Palsy is different & his muscles are not as tight as his brothers, he has already mastered sitting up and is starting to make lots of sounds.

Max & Hugo are very happy & both love outdoors, to enable my cousins to experience the outdoors like other children I would like to help them get a special tow along double bike called a Wee Hoo.
