Story

Isla is our seven year old collie cross.

Isla has been sick for five weeks now, she has had bloods x-rays and a scan which our vet thought they could see something on, so they operated on her and found nothing they sent a biopsy away and that came back fine. We still dont know what is wrong with her. She is insured but stupidly we didnt look at the small print! £1000 limit on each illness for four in a year!! We are now out of insurance and the next lot of treatment has been estamated at £3000

Islas doing really well. Nearly back to her energetic self. We can start taking her out for walks tomorrow. We’re so glad we didn’t give up on her.

Isla had her surgery today and is recovering well, it turns out it was the plastic squeaker that we thought it was.

Update on Isla she had a ct scan yesterday and does have a blockage. And is having an operation today. We are very dissatisfied with our usual vets as it has been 8weeks since they X-rayed and scanned her seeing something and performing an operation and finding Nothing. Our bill has now risen to £4200
