    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Dear Friends, I am running the Birmingham Marathon on 15th October to say a big thank you to Warwickshire Care Services for their continuing love and care for my mum Pat who has been a resident in one of their non profit making care homes for demetia patients. For the past two and a half years Drayton Court and all their carers have been a God send to us as a family and mum is as happy as she could possibly be even with all the issues her illness presents.
It would be so great if you could all get behind me, it really will help get me round the 26.2 mile course in celebration of my mum and she will directly benefit from all your support.
With All my love and thanks, Kate xxxx

Yes I'm doing it again! I really do think this will be the last 'full bifta'. 700 plus miles since April and I am knackered with it!! I thought it would be great to do something for mum whilst she can still actually benefit from it herself! Xxxx
