In the summer of 2019 I will be taking part in a World Challenge Expedition to Belize. This will be an amazing opportunity to experience the local culture and environment but also a huge challenge as we will be undertaking a number of very physical activities including forest trekking and volunteering within a local community.

In order to join the expedition I need to raise £3,150 so to contribute towards this I have decided to take on the challenge of attempting to climb Mount Snowdon in Wales. Mount Snowdon is the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands, standing 1,085m tall, so this is a challenge that will really push me out of my comfort zone! It will also help me start to prepare for the physical elements of my trip to Belize.
