I will be hosting a Quiz and fish & chip night in aid of my trip to Malawi. This event will take place on Friday the15th of June at Cuford Hall. It will be £15 a head and will include the quiz and a fish and chip supper.

The money I am hoping to raise will be for my expedition to Malawi, Central Africa, in the summer of 2018. My project will be focussing on schooling and community life in a local village especially supporting an amazing infant home. I will be undertaking building and teaching projects focusing on Project MyGirl. This project raises awareness of health and hygiene issues to girls in rural schools in Malawi. This is something I feel passionate about doing because many girls in Malawi drop out of school when they reach puberty, due to cultural pressures of early marriage, pregnancy and often poor sanitary materials.
