Mya was born at 28weeks with a Spinal Cord Injury, leaving her an Incomplete Tetraplegic which affects all 4 of her limbs. Her level of injury is C5-T1. She is currently unable to walk and uses a manual wheelchair for her day to day use.

Mya undergoes intensive rehab at the National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and has done for the past 3 years.
We are raising money for Mya's next wheelchair as she is currently out growing her existing one, this is to keep Mya mobile so she can still get around.

We need to raise around £7,000 to fund the new wheelchair and then any upcoming maintanence to the chair, including new tyres, widening the wheelchair, new brakes, servicing etc.

With Mya's mobility problems she is still an independent little girl, without her wheelchair she wouldn't be able to get around and play with friends or do any day to day activities.
As Mya is very weak upper body she needs the lightest wheelchair possible to push which is the one she currently has, raising this money will help her get the next size up.
