    Story

Little Logan was just three months old when diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, Neuroblastoma In August 2018.

After 6 weeks as an in patient at Great Ormond Street Hospital, Logan was strong enough to go under general anesthetic so scans could finally be done. These showed the cancer had spread to his face, eyes and bottom of his skull.

Logan is now enduring chemo one week, then a week at home, then back to hospial for scans the next week - on a three week loop along with weekly blood tests and dressing changes. This will continue until there is only the tumour left so he can hopefully have an operation to remove it.

His mum Kelly is a superstar, using all her strength to give Logans older brother normality while travelling from the Kent Coast to Great Ormond Street constantly, all as a single parent. This is taking its toll and now as her maternity leave is coming to an end, the travelling alone is becoming a financial burden, let alone normal living costs.

Please help make life a little bit less stressful for Kelly so she can concentrate on getting Logan well and strong rather than worry about how sheā€˜ll be able to afford to get him to and from the hospital every week or so.

Many thanks, any little amount is very much appreciated.

Hi all, before this page closes next week we want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you who have donated, bought raffle tickets etc. The generosity and kindness has blown us away. Logan is doing really well at the moment. The secondary cancer has gone from his bones and shrunk from his liver, which is amazing news. The doctors have now given Logan eight weeks of no chemo to see what happens in the hope he will continue to fight it on his own. For now, Kelly, Tyler and Logan are looking forward to enjoying Christmas together.x
