I am raising £200 to Help Finley and his family, to go towards equipment treatment or therapy that he requires either now or in the future.
I will be running the Frome Half Marathon on the 15th July 2018 to help raise
funds for Finley.
Finley is currently 14 years old and has been diagnosed with a very rare and progressive condition called Freidrich's ataxia which affects Finley's coordination.
Since his diagnosis, he has progressively worsened and now struggles to do things a normal lad of his age takes as granted, even walking can be difficult and even using a knife and fork is not easy. At the moment Finley has splints to aid his walking and will probably need frame or sticks by the end of this year, and have the high probability of being in a wheelchair in his late teens.
So his family are raising money to give Finley the best possible treatment and equipment they need to give him the quality of life he deserves, and still live life his fullest ability

FROME HALF is known as one of the most challenging half marathon races in the area so is no mean feat, please help me help them
