About this service

Stroke Recovery Service provides high quality information, practical advice and emotional support following a stroke.

A private group in the North West help those who have suffered from a stroke come back around to being themselves again.

classes are held weekly to help them become creative, gain confidence and have fun!

Unfortunately because this is ran by volunteers, they don't receive any help from the government and rely on donations from locals.

This service offers:

coordinated support throughout your stroke journey

help with returning to work

assistance with accessing local leisure and social activities

This service is for stroke survivors of any age, and families and carers of people affected by stroke
