I am planning to run the Great Northern Run, a half marathon dressed as a pirate, why not, to raise some much needed funds for 3 lovely ladies trying to make a difference for the unfortunate animals of Bulgaria, Jan and Marjorie who are based in the UK and Michelle based in the Vidin area of Bulgaria.

Michelle usually has approx 85 animals in her location as well as over 150 animals in foster accommodation who are all rescues, this is a huge cost. They started a barn project off so they could help as many animals off the streets and into safety where they can spend short or long term until adopters or foster homes are found. This does not come for free and they have high bills for food, vets and transportation.

Please help by me to help these wonderful ladies to help these unfortunate animals. Every penny makes a difference to one of these beautiful animals and helps them into a life they deserve.
