I am Property Landlord and Developer and a civil servant too. I thought i start up my property business as from my 2 Glasgow properties which i bought in August 2014 and October 2014, i have made over 30k in capital gains.

My mother saw me start with these 2 properties and she sadly died on the 31st August 2015 of a severe heart attack. My mother taught me to never give in and to keep trying.

I just need this to get my company of the ground with the deposit for the first property . I am an instinctive driven person. I can find a good property even if it looks run down, i can turn a lump of coal into a diamond .
