Sangeeta and BK are retiring from Kings Worthy Post Office and will be stepping down at the end of January. Over the years they have helped many, many local people, with kindness, a good word for everyone and lots of little acts that have gone over and above.
We'd like to give them a cheque to spend on a really special treat from all of us together. We'd also like to send them 100 Thank-You cards (or more!) in a mail sack on their last day in the post office. You can drop off cards to Jude at Springvale Stores.
If you'd like to donate, be sure to leave a message. You don't have to leave your ID. We will then print out every message for Sangeeta and BK when we present them with their cheque.

1 year agoA huge big thank-you to everyone who so kindly and generously donated to this page. After fees have been taken off by Just Giving I've been able to give Sangeeta and BK a cheque for just under £3,000. They were presented with it and a mailbag of thank-you cards yesterday - their final day at the post office. I printed all the comments left on this page for them to read. Have a look at www.facebook.com/winchestermag for more photos from yesterday. I will be closing this page on Friday.
