We need help to save our 8 year old dog Archie.

Sunday evening Archie started to walk funny and couldn't mange to get up the stairs. James has to carry him and we thought maybe if he rested he would get better. Gradually things got worse and at 2am on Monday morning I heard archie trying to move around and he had totally lost all control of his back legs. He was so frightened you could see it from the look in his eyes. We called the emergency vet and took him in where he is now.
We have pet insurance but this only covers us for £3000 and the vet wanted to do an mri scan to find out what was going on. The mri scan alone cost £2,500 - £3,000 so this would use all of our insurance money and we would have nothing left if he needs an operation. If he needs an operation the total cost is looking around £5,500 - £6,000. We desperately are asking for your help to help us fund this scan to save Archie. This is our last hope if his physio doesn't work the vet has said he will have to be put to sleep if he can't have this scan. We are truly devastated as is our daughter Molly who archie has been with while Molly was very poorly undergoing chemotherapy he has been there for her to draw on put stickers on be pulled around all because he loves her so much and she loves him. Yesterday Molly said to her daddy but Archie is my best friend.
We wish we had a money tree in our garden but we just don't and we don't have enough on our insurance money to pay for everything he needs.

Please help us with whatever you can to save Archie we cannot imagine our lives without him.
