My name is Fahad Bagalalina i am 22 years old and a university student in Uganda. On the 27th December 2017 i was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer. I underwent a major operation to remove a large part of my large intestines. The cancer has spread to my lungs and the next step of my treatment is chemotherapy every 3 weeks but my single mother is unable to afford the expensive treatment to save my life. please help so i can continue my studies.
