Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
On 22nd October, a group of friends from Highway Church in Penryn will take part in a 35 mile bike ride from Lands End to Penryn. The reason for this is to help raise money for the purchase of Highway House, home of the Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank.
Highway Church has been the home of Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank since 2012 and we are looking to provide them with a permanent home so that they can continue their amazing work in the community.
If you would like ot know more about the Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank, who the team are, exactly what it is they do, then please visit www.highwaychurch.co.uk.
If you are able to help us financially with this goal, that would be amazing, if not, they please spread the word and let people know about the Foodbank!
