Story
Volunteers will spend the majority of their mornings focussing on community work in a local school or care centre. During this time he will be renovating and decorating the building. By putting in a new floor or painting a mural on a neglected wall, he will be making a valuable and lasting contribution to the placement.
In the afternoons he will take part in a variety of activities including outreach work, visits to some of local partner care organisations where he will run activities for the children, and visiting local monuments and historical sites

6 years agoHello all, Thanks for your heartwarming donations. It's across continents so seeing all caring from around the world is something to me and Jinsung. Jinsung is in Germany studying German this week. He mentioned that he met a couple of Afghanistan refugees who are very driven to change their lives in Germany. Learning that there are people desperate to build their new life out of war trying to sort out the basics is very humbling but knowing there are still caring people out there is brightening too.
