We are the Larisa Trio and we have been accepted onto La Mariette summer course based 40 minutes away from Tours, France. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to progress as a trio, learning from some of the top professionals on the chamber music scene. The course includes 6 days of intensive coaching and rehearsing culminating in a concert at the local 12th century village church. The course comes to a total of £1800 for all of us. We are covering as much of this ourselves through concerts, teaching and bake sales, however, we are students!!!.. so any help would be hugely appreciated. La Mariette is crucial to our development and any amount, big or small would mean the world. We have chosen to learn Brahms Piano Trio in B Major during the course, but for now, here is something a little different we recorded the other day!
