Having been inspired by the late Jo Cox I wanted to put on a Great Get Together in her memory and show there is more to bring us together than divides us! With this in mind and wanting to be inclusive of our whole community I spoke with the local food bank about raising awareness and donations for those in need. Although this is a free event and lots of people are kindly donating their time there are still some costs to cover including "food for all" on the day! If we all give just the smallest donation we can ensure a wonderful day for ALL. What can be better than coming together as one community and having a great day in the process!
