Hi,

Whilst on holiday with her family; Sam decided to go on a horse riding trek along the River Gannel located near Newquay, Cornwall. A short time later her husband Daz received a phone call from a gentleman who stated Sam had fallen from the horse and injured her ribs.

The ambulance crew attended to Sam at the scene and she was taken on to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro. Later on that evening Sam was transferred to the ICU at Derrisford Hospital in Plymouth.

As close friends of Sam we would like to support the Davies family every which way we can and the money we raise will go towards making this horrendous situation more bearable and of course making sure their beautiful children; Jay and Gabi can continue to enjoy their school holidays as normal as they possibly can.

We are all routing for Sam and we're behind Daz every step of the way. With the love and support of us we can help her on her road to recovery, albeit taking some time.

We need her beautiful smile, her tremendous laugh and huge personality back in Stafford!
