I am taking part in the Belfast marathon to raise funds for our Down syndrome support group 'families with ups and downs ' . We attend this group once a month and it gives us the chance to meet and socialise with other families with children with Down syndrome . They also offer a lot of support and guidance aswell as organising trips and events during the year . This group is very important to us and has helped us so much since Ollie was born . Please donate as much as you can , it doesn't matter how big or small . Thanks
