Myself and another team member from Bucklesham Grange Care Home are jumping out of a plane in aid of Alzheimer’s Research later this year. Dementia is a condition that touches so many lives, including ours.

I’ve seen firsthand what this condition can put the people living with it, and the people who love them, through. Just a few pounds could make such a massive difference, even more so because the amazing company I work for, Hallmark Care Homes, will double the donations made!!
