Ive been living in Jujuy for the last four years and have been going there for nearly twenty years.Its a wonderful place,although very poor financially its people are very rich in generosity,friendship and love.There are many villages dotted around the mountains,all poor but full of life.Jujuy experiences some of the worst tropical storms in the world and the mountains can be unstable.On the 10th of january,after too much rain the villages of Volcan,Tumbaya and Barcena were hit by floods and landslides.People have lost their land,their homes and for some,their lives.The people generally will not have the money to rebuild their homes and will suffer greatly for this.I just want to do something to help some of them,as many as I can.The pound is 20 times stronger than the Peso so potentially we could help alot.I know I cant help everyone but if everyone can help someone then together we can stand with these communities and help them through this life changing event.I want to help because Im human and so are they. I know these comunities personally and it breaks my heart to see them suffering as they are.Please help.
Yo estaba viviendo en Jujuy para las ultimo 4 anos y visitando para casi 20 anos.Es un lugar hermoso,aunque es muy pobre financialmente,su gente son muy rico en generosidad,amabilidad y amor.Jujuy sufri de las tormentas tropicales mas fuerte en el mundo y las montanas no son muy estable.En 10 de Enero,despues demasiado lluvia los pueblos de Volcan,Tumbaya y barcena estaba re golpeados con un inundacion y derumbe grande.Hay gente que perdi sus lotes,sus casa y algunas,sus vidas.Muchos no van a tener plata para reconstruir sus casas y van a sufrir mucho por eso.Yo quiero ayudar nada mas.Yo se que no puedo ayudar todos pero todos podemos ayudar aguien y podemos pararnos juntos con nuestro familia humano y podemos ayudarlos a sobrevivir este situacion tan feo.Yo conosco estos comunidades personalmente y mi corazon esta muy triste a ver sus sufrimiento.
