Myself, Shaun Mills, Richard Eastwood, Richard and Jason Yeomans are doing Rat Race the Crossing on August the 10th - 12th. We will be supported by our trusty Sherpa Jack Ash (Dad)

The Crossing is a 200 mile bike ride from Whitehaven to Scarborough a majority of it being off road on mountain trails so we’re expecting 3 long and hard days in the saddle. To read more see link.

I'm doing this in aid of the Stephen Gartland foundation. Garty was a great friend and brilliant team mate, one of life’s good guys .The foundation was set up in memory of Stevie and raises money to support smaller local charities those in need, doing good work to support children’s sports teams and kids with medical needs.

A big part of what the foundation dose is raise awareness for mental health and the issues surrounding it, particularly in men.
