Hi my name is Leonie, I am doing a skydive to raise money to help me win my war on infertility. My full story is below, but in short after multiple IVF failures , miscarriages, chemical pregnancies, emergency surgeries and a spout of Toxic Shock, I am still not a mother And i am determined to win the war on infertility.

I am hoping to raise £10000 through crowd funding. I'd be thrilled with any donation you feel you could afford, even if it's just £1 because the fact you have taken time to read this means the world to me alone.

My journey first started when I was rushed to surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. Three months later I was operated on again, the surgeons decided it was best to remove my Fallopian tubes as they were drippbig fluid into my womb. From there I have had multiple IVF procedures, all resulting in miscarriage and chemical pregnancies. Physically and Psychologically this has been the toughest journey of my life and I have now been told my immune system could be rejecting my embryos, so the treatments I need will be ongoing throughout any pregnancy. I also suffer from fibromyalgia & anti phospholipid syndrome. These are both autoimmune conditions that add further complications and required treatments.

Anyone who has themselves, or who know someone who has been through IVF will have seen the physical & emotional stress it brings , every pregnancy test is traumatic. miscarriage Is grieved, It's unbelievably hard, but I just can't bring myself to give up on my dream of being a mother and finally holding my baby in my arms. As my own way to show my gratitude for people's support I will also help other women if I raise more than I need. To all you infertility warriors I would like to say you are a mother that moment the maternal seed is planted in your heart. Don’t ever give up hope, miracles do happen . And if love could have saved your child it would have lived forever.
