Our neighbour was recently a victim in an horrific & unnecessary road traffic accident as she unpacked her shopping from the boot of her car which was parked in a roadside bay.

Without going into too much detail, Natalie Griffiths had no choice to have her leg amputated, Natalie is 35 years old. She is still currently in hospital undergoing numerous operations and will soon be transferred to a rehabilitation centre where she will begin the process of adapting to life in a very different way.

We are raising funds to hopefully provide Natalie with a better & more functional prosthetic leg and if we raise enough, it will hopefully help adapting everyday items she and her family will need to make life easier.

In light of this event and the constant fear of speeding, we have also began a petition to put to the council to implement speed humps in Pine Road, if you would like to support us, please sign the petition here:
